Embarass Lake – Fish for Walleye, Northern Pike and White Fish

Embarass Lake is 4 miles long. The Embarass River runs through the lake and constantly supplies the lake with fresh water and food. This lake produces outstanding Walleye and Northern Pike fishing as well as Whitefish.

The river supplies the lake with an endless bounty of feeder fish such as chub, suckers and other baitfish. It also has perfect spawning grounds for Walleye, Pike and Whitefish thus the populations of game fish in this lake stays high and healthy with great numbers of both trophy and eating size fish. The constant flow of fresh water also makes the Walleye and Pike in this lake exceptional for eating.

Our deluxe cabin sleeps 8 people. There is hot and cold running water with a shower. This is a beautiful cabin with all the comforts of home and much nicer then you would ever expect from a remote outpost camp.

Sunday morning departure:

We leave Sunday morning at 8:00 am from our main base. You follow us in your vehicle to the parking location, your gear is then loaded into a trip and pull a short distance to the lake. From there it is loaded into boats and taken to the cabin. We go with you the whole way to ensure everything is in order at the camp. We return the following Sunday at a set time to help you back to your vehicle.

Our fly-in outpost cabin on Eaton Lake offers fishing for Walleye, Northern Pike, Small Mouth Bass and Lake Trout. Our cabin is the only one. No other cabins on any of the back lakes. A piece of paradise all to yourselves.

When you fish at Eaton lake, you also get access to Hoof Lake and Trout Lake. Eaton Lake has excellent Walleye, Smallmouth Bass and Northern Pike fishing. It’s a short walk to the boat on Hoof Lake where you can spend the day catching lots of Northern Pike. To the south is Trout Lake, which has great fishing for Lake Trout, Walleye, Smallmouth Bass and Northern Pike. Eaton Lake is a beautiful scenic lake set in high rolling hills and tall pines.

The cabin sleeps 4 comfortably. Natural wood siding and knotty pine interior makes it blend into the natural setting of majestic Red and White Pine trees. A fireplace with glass doors provides safe “cheery warmth” on cool days.

The cabin has bunks for 4 people and foam mattresses for your comfort. One bunk is of double bed size. Other features include a good quality 3 burner counter top stove, gas refrigeration, running water and gas lights. (all to help you “rough it”). A shoreline table and BBQ are set for your cook-outs. We have the finest quality marine equipment for your safety and enjoyment.

This is an excellent lake for those who are adventurous and like to portage to other remote lakes to hunt down trophy fish.

Eaton Lake fly-in outpost cabin has outstanding fishing for Walleye, Smallmouth Bass & Northern Pike. It’s a short portage to Hoof Lake where you will find tons of Northern Pike. Trout Lake has two boats waiting for you so you can get into some awesome Lake Trout, Walleye, Smallmouth Bass & Pike. Eaton Lake is 1.5 miles long and has depths of 50′. Trout Lake to the south of Eaton Lake is 3 miles long and depths of 80′

Wolf Lake to the East has tons of Northern Pike in the 28″ to 32″
The river system has some really nice Walleye holes
Embarrass Lake is just under 4 miles long with depths of 60′
This is a drive-in boat-to cabin in a very remote area of northern Ontario.
Just to the north of the parking area is four other lakes to fish as well. We have boats on these lakes as well.
